IF A CENTER CAN'T GET IN:
1. Username and password must be in lowercase.
2. You may be hehind a firewall or proxy server that does not allow the http://www.iec.vcu.edu to be translated. In that case, you will need to call us to work it out.
3. Javascript must be turned on in the browser to see the pages correctly.
4. Java must be turned on in the browser to allow the Data central area to operate.
For Netscape: Select: Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced Check "Enable Java" and also "Enable Javascript"
For Internet Explorer: Select: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab Select the Internet zone and set the Security level for the zone to "Medium". You may need to restart your browser after making these changes.
For other browsers you may call us, but you will probably have more success with your local computer staff.
